“This goes to Cassie and also her team in the Chipmunks, the management team – Dawn, Donna and Kelly, and Chris the chef. Our daughter was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome and as such is on medication and has some dietary constraints. We also have to be ‘over informed’ with regards to illnesses and bugs whilst on the medication as certain illnesses are a danger to her and can cause a relapse. We cannot say thank you enough to how understanding, helpful and thorough they have been with this. It has taken a huge chunk of stress away from us knowing they constantly are aware of this and deal with it as necessary. So a big thank you!!”

“Prior to my daughter starting nursery, I visited Elvetham Heath no less than three times, as I kept thinking of things I’d forgotten to ask and look at. Every time the staff were helpful and reassuring and, even though I was visiting at different times of the day, the babies and children were involved in lots of exciting and stimulating activities. The baby room that my daughter is in is well-equipped, clean and bright with access into the baby garden. Every day we receive a full report of her activities, naps, nappies and meals. From the outset she has been very happy there, and now gets excited as we enter the building! The only things I need to provide are bottles with water and a change of clothes which really helps on days when my husband and I are both working. The nursery has good drop-off parking, and is immediately next door to a car park which can also be used.”
